Refund Policy

Please read our refund policy carefully before making payment.

  • A 70% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once the booking date has been reserved.
  • No refunds apply for cancelled shoots.
  • If the Studio cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose either:
    • Credit toward a future booking.
    • Refunds (where applicable) do not cover completed work, editing time, consultations, or administrative expenses.
  • Delivery delays caused by client late selections, revisions, or unavailable materials are not eligible for refunds.
